“We are as gods. We have to get good at it.”
That line prompted the question YuCROWN was founded on, and it was taken as a responsibility rather than a triumph. If technology increasingly shapes what is made, shared and remembered, then who creates, who is credited, who takes part and who is studied stop being technical matters and become civic ones.

Earth LinC — beside the realms
Creative and technological capability that turns work into a Station.
Earth LinC is an open AI and Web3 protocol. Crowning a Station on it records who made it and when; crowned with C//, it is also contributed into Earth Library. People and organisations use it independently, for purposes of their own. YuCROWN is one user among them, and uses it to give shape to Earth Library works, C// outcomes and Study outputs.
YuCROWN does not own Earth LinC. It is open infrastructure: YuCROWN uses it, and anyone may use it for purposes of their own.

The honest statement
We are a small charity that keeps Earth Library: work made by people, signed by the people who made it, open for anyone to read.
We keep them because they differ. Two people working on the same question leave different records of it, and the difference is the part worth having — so we want many Stations on one subject as much as Stations on many subjects.
We do not test what we keep for accuracy. Accuracy is not the right test for a record of how someone came to make or see something. There is one thing we cannot check and do not claim to: whether a person did the work they signed. A signature attests the signer, never the work.
There is no gate of judgment here, and no review of worth. There is still a threshold, and we set it — what the tools make easy to build, what crowning costs, and whether someone is named in public. We do not know who that leaves out, and we will not see them in what we hold. Read our silences as ours. And the silences cannot be read even by us: which was refusal, which incapacity, which the belief that nothing in the life deserved the page — indistinguishable from inside any collection, in any era.

Crowning puts a Station beyond anyone's power to delete — including ours, and including its maker's. That protects it from erasure and from seizure, and from nothing else. Anyone working on contested ground should weigh that before crowning, and anyone setting down other people should know those people will have no say afterwards.
We do not make the work, and we do not claim that keeping a record of authorship settles who gets credited for it. Where a provenance record has changed an outcome, it did so by reaching an institution that had a decision to make and was obliged to look. Where what we keep reaches such a body, it may matter. Where it does not, the honest expectation is that it will not.
We are barred from selling what we hold. That is one real constraint on one act; it does not make us trustworthy. We do shape what we keep — by what we catalogue, what we place beside what, and what we write across it — so what we did can be seen, though not what we left undone.
